She is a 15 years old girl with blue eyes, short blue hair and white skin. She wears a navy blue seifuku and light bluish green shoes. Her Sailor Scout uniform is that of a teal color. She is smart, pretty, honest, beautiful, and funny. She has the ability to go into a Super Saiyan (Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3), high power level, human genius level intelligence, ability to control water and water based attacks like her mother, analyze any situation that she's into, sense and detect high levels of magic/energy, use magic, and she's even has the superhuman abilities like strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, intelligence, durability and flight. She is the daughter of Ethan and Amy from one of the parallel universe. Ashley's life as a Sailor Scout was never easy since she has many enemies that always come after her because she's the daughter of Sailor Mercury and that's saying something.
